Indulgent Breakfast

I’m such a foodie. Although I try to eat healthy 80% of the time if I crave something, I eat it. I don’t restrict myself at all.

My downfall is that I have a massive sweet tooth. I can’t resist sweets or chocolate!! But, I also love having a big breakfast like the one below.  

On Sunday I treated myself to a bagel with avocado, bacon and eggs. It was delicious!!!

    I feel it will only bring you down mentally if you deny yourself pleasures!
    I’ve been through a recent spell of anxiety and along with my treatment, my weight became a problem! at least, for others. I felt that denying myself my favorite foods only brought my mood down. in fact, I posted about it too – https://claydayblog.wordpress.com/2017/10/18/guilty-pleasures

      Yes I completely agree! If I restrict myself completely I end up binging and that’s not good for my body at all
      I will have a read now! 🙂
