Some people would argue that it’s still too cold for ice-cream in England, but I personally love it all year round. This is a simple 3 ingredient recipe to make the best mango sorbet ever!
You will need 4 mangos, 1/2 a cup of honey, 1/2 a cup of water. That’s it!
First of all you will need to cut the mangos into smaller cubes, once you’ve done that you can freeze it overnight.
You place the frozen mango, honey and water into a blender. (You might need to wait a few minutes so the mango isn’t completely frozen).
Blend all together!
Place in a tuber ware and freeze for 2-3 hours before its completely set!
Then your sorbet is ready to eat!! It’s absolutely delicious.
