How I Remove My Make Up

I used to always use make up wipes to remove my make up at the end of the day. Although I thought one make up wipe removed my face pretty well, it wasn’t until I started using a toner after the wipe I realised how much make up there was left on my face! No wonder I always had problemed skin.

After seeing how badly wipes removed my make up, I thought I’d try using a micellar water. After trying a few make up removing techniques I’ve finally found my perfect combination.

I first go in with Garnier Fresh Eye make up remover. This is really good at removing all my eye make up, even waterproof mascara. I’ve tried quite a few eye make up removers and this is one of the only ones that doesn’t sting my eyes.

I then remove my face make up with the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water. This is perfect for removing my face make up.

To then remove any excess with a toner. My favourite is the L’Oreal Skin Perfection Velvety-Soft Toner.

I haven’t tried the pink one, but I love the green one! It’s amazing with my sensitive skin! Xx

I think I have to stop using face wipes and switch to Micellar Water. Is it as effective as a face wash though? Does it foam up at all?

I only use it to remove my makeup, I wash my face afterwards and do my skincare routine. I know garnier have recently come out with a miceller water foaming wash which I assume you can use as a face wash!
