These are perfect if your craving a sweet snack, but don’t want to be too unhealthy at the same time. I used dark chocolate but you could use milk/white if you’d prefer. Hopefully the photos are self explanatory. By using two 100g bars of chocolate, one for the base and one for the top – there is enough to make 8 large peanut butter cups. Enjoy!
