Back To Basics | Monochrome Outfit

You don’t always have to add colour to an outfit by wearing it, you can pair a monochrome outfit with a bold bright lip and it instantly adds a vibrance to your appearance. You could even wear a coloured pair of shoes, or like me have a playful accessory.

Today was the first day that I didn’t need to bring a coat to go out and about, it’s made me excited for summer already!

Outfit details – Top: Zara (UK size S), Jeans: Missguided (UK size 8), Shoes: Dr Martens (UK size 5), Bag: PlayNoMore.

Finding interesting backgrounds for my outfit shots has to be my new favourite thing to do – it adds so much to the photography!

This outfit is definitely back to basics, a pair of jeans, blouse and comfortable shoes – but by the jeans being white and the blouse being long it makes the outfit so much more interesting and fashionable.

I hope you enjoyed this little post and thank you for reading! Make sure to subscribe and follow me on social media, comment below what you think! I’m back at uni now so I’ll go back to posting three times a week because of my work load – I hope you enjoyed the every other day blog posts for Easter!!

That background matches the bag! I love it. This is a really cute look. I think the fact the blouse is a bit sheer dresses it up in a way 🙂
