I love cooking and going out to eat. So I thought why not share my love for it and add a new category to my blog – FOOD. This pancake recipe is so quick and easy to make, and the best part? It only has two ingredients!
You will need an egg and a banana. That is literally it! Besides the toppings of course. It is a healthier alternative to regular pancakes and only takes half as much time, it’s a win win situation if you ask me!
- Combine the egg and the banana, you can do this with a fork or you can cheat by using a mixer like me.
- Grease your chosen pan, I’ve used a pan that’s meant for blinis but I thought it’d be perfect for mini pancakes.
- Cook your pancake on both sides.
- Serve on a plate and coat it in your favourite topping!
