The Perfect Affordable Trench Coat

If you’re anything like me you’ll have your eye on a Burberry trench coat. However, they are extremely expensive and for a student like me not worth purchasing. So I’ve been looking for a trench coat up to the Burberry standards, and I think I might have found one.

This trench coat is from Marks and Spencer. The quality is amazing, 100% cotton and I can tell it’s going to last me for years. The colour is perfect as well, it goes with most things (unlike some of the other less neutral toned trench coats that are out there). This light sand coloured trench was a bargain as well at £79 – an awful lot cheaper than a Burberry trench.

Today I just styled it with a roll neck, jeans and heeled boots. A trench is such a staple item, it’s a jacket that you can dress up or down. This trench looks amazing undone or all done up. When done up with the belt it can really highlight a petite waist. If you would like to get your hands on this exceptionally made trench then I’ll leave a link here.

Thank you for reading and I hope you enjoyed this post.

I love the coat. I’m looking for an affordable one too, but since I live in a tropical country, I’m having lesser reasons to buy 1 as summer is approaching. Lol.

That’s a fabulous coat. I can never find just the right cut for a trench coat, that doesn’t break the bank. I’ll look into that one!

My perfect trench was duck egg blue, I wore it until it was threadbare, now I’m looking for a replacement….sigh….
