Out With The Old, In With The New

Every girl will have an old jumper or piece of clothing which is super comfy but you couldn’t wear it out the house as it is. Well I’m taking a mens large sweatshirt and changing it into something I can wear day to day.

The jumper was far too long on me, it ended just above my knees. So instead of keeping it how it is, I thought I’d cut it into a crop top that I could wear comfortably with high waisted jeans.

So i marked with a pen a bit below where I wanted the jumper to sit (as it rolls after it’s been cut), and created a cropped sweatshirt in two minutes.

Its a great thing to do if you want to renovate an old piece of clothing, I just rolled the sleeves up and chucked on a pair of jeans and I was ready to go!

I hope this has given you inspiration to renovate your wardrobe. Hopefully I’ll do more DIY posts in the future! Thanks for reading, comment below to tell me what you think!

I marked a line with a ruler, then just cut it all at once! I’m surprised it turned out as even as it is to be honest!!
